Process

The process of developing a screening solution starts with learning about the customer’s current products, production methods, and goals for improving their screening separations. Our screening questionnaire assists us in the learning process and from that we can determine our testing plan. The size and scope of the proposed screening trial is then discussed with the customer. We invite and encourage our customers to visit during this test to understand the evolution of their screening solution.

During the testing, we learn what techniques and settings to optimize the systems on customer materials at the required separation points. Our testing is conducted on production equipment so we can optimize parameters on meaningful quantities. On average, the screening solution is 75% technology and 25% technique.

After the testing, we issue a test report and discuss options with the customer on ways to incorporate the valuable benefit of our screening performance into their production.
